Returns and Exchanges

We strive to offer the best possible shopping experience for our customers! All items can be returned or exchanged within in 30 days of arrival as long as they are unused and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Our products are hand-made, and although each item is thoroughly inspected before it is sent out, we understand that mistakes can happen. If any item arrives damaged or shows signs of poor quality within 1 year of arrival (beyond normal wear and tear or misuse), please contact us, and we will replace it free of charge or refund the entire amount.

All requests to return or replace an item will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days.
